Papa

To all of you who are faithfully praying for us,

We praise God for His grace and mercy. Papa was released from the hospital last Friday (March 14) and would be on oral antibiotics for the next month. His infection is fully contained while his spinal slipped disc is under observation for the next couple of years. His neurosurgeon refuses to conduct any surgery on his neck (unless very needed) because of its delicate nature. Papa would instead be given a neck brace to help prevent any further injuries.

While the doctor said Papa and Mommy can go back to Davao and resume their ministry, he strictly warned against motorbike rides, strenuous activities and any damaging neck movement. This means Papa is no longer allowed to go to the tribal areas where they minister.

At the moment, my parents are staying with Faith (my sister) and will most probably stay there for the next three months. Pray for Mommy who is planning to go back to Davao to attend to their belongings and the house that they left in a rush the day they flew to Manila for Papa's medical emergency.
